What You’ll Gain
Consistent Practice & Accountability
We begin with the Month of Mindfulness (January 1 – 31)—a daily meditation commitment that sets the tone for your entire year. The first week is free to join, and from there you’ll build momentum, consistency, and real-world mindfulness that lasts.
New Meditation Techniques Not Found Anywhere Else
Each week there is a live guided meditation online and over the course of the year you’ll learn everything from shamatha to R.A.I.N. to tonglen to non-meditation.

Transformative Curriculum
Across the year, you’ll move through a carefully crafted progression of teachings that cover the three yanas, or vehicles, of Buddhism, alternating each month between study and practice intensives. New 20-30 minute classes come out every Thursday to be watched at your own pace.

The Month of Mindfulness (Jan 1 - 31)
Each week you are taught a new guided meditation. Each day you get a short mindful prompt with words of wisdom to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life.

Buddhist Psychology 101: Why We Suffer and How to Be Free (Feb 12 – Mar 26)
Learn the Four Noble Truths and Eightfold Path—practical tools to understand suffering and cultivate liberation in daily life.
What you’ll walk away with: a deep understanding of how we cause ourselves pain and how to f-ing stop it
April
Emotional Healing (Apr 9 – 30)
Befriend your emotional landscape with four new meditations that teach compassion, acceptance, and emotional resilience.

Buddhist Psychology 202: Formation of Ego and Seeing Through the Self (May 14 – Jun 4)
Explore the 3 Root Poisons, 12 Nidanas, 5 Skandhas, and Twofold Emptiness—seeing clearly what makes you “you” and how to find freedom.

June - July
The Summer of Love (and Wisdom) (Jun 25 – Aug 6)
Get ready for the best summer of your life. The summer of love is focuses on a different Buddhist teaching and practice each week including Loving-Kindness, Compassion, Sympathetic Joy, Equanimity and the Six Paramitas

Training the Mind of Compassion and Wisdom: Lojong Teachings for 2026 (Aug 20 – Oct 1)
A deep dive into Atisha’s mind-training slogans—practical, pithy, and profoundly life-changing.

October - November
How to Rest the Mind (Advanced Class) (Oct 15 – Nov 19)
For those who’ve completed the full year’s classes, this final study introduces advanced meditations for resting in awareness and gently opening toward the Vajrayana path.

December
Engaged Buddhism: Making the Everyday Sacred (Dec 3 – 31)
We close the year with reflection, peer-learning, journaling, intention-setting and celebration—bringing everything home to your relationships, work, social action, and daily life.

Q: What’s the time requirement each week?
A: Totally up to your level of commitment. The class every Thursday is pre-recorded and runs 20-30 minutes. The live guided meditation is 30 minutes live (and comes out as a recording later that day). So…20-60 mins/week!
Q: Do I need prior meditation experience?
A: No way friend. Come as you are.
