2026: The Year to Wake Up

This year Lodro’s community, The Basic Goodness Collective, is engaging in the…

Year to Wake Up

This isn’t just another “course.” It’s an invitation to join a community dedicating these twelve months to waking up—to your own peace of mind, your essential worth, your capacity for resilience—and to live your life from a meaning that is personal to who you are.

Engaged Buddhism: Making the Everyday Sacred - December 3rd - 31st

We began the year with a practice intensive and we close the year with a month of deep reflection. We will engage in peer-learning, journaling exercises, intention-setting and other modalities to process what we have learned this year and how to apply it to our home life, career, managing holiday stress, social action and the year ahead: 2027.

Half Day Meditation Retreat- December 6th, 10 am - 2 pm EST

Join Lodro and a supportive group of meditation students for an online half-day meditation retreat - a chance to step out of the momentum of daily life for a few hours and spend some sustained time practicing and learning new techniques together.

We’ll alternate periods of guided and silent meditation with teachings, contemplative exercises, breaks, and time for questions and discussion. It will feel spacious and restorative while also giving us an opportunity to go deeper in our practice than we normally can in a weekly class or sit.
