Through guided meditations, short talks, and real-world reflections, you’ll learn to recognize the roots of suffering in daily life and cultivate tools for liberation—moment by moment.
Perfect for both beginners and long-time practitioners, this course offers a practical path toward greater clarity, compassion, and freedom in how you meet each day.
