A YEARLONG IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE WITH LODRO RINZLER AND FACULTY

BEGINNING FEBRUARY 2026

You’re invited to join a select group of students to train in becoming a certified meditation teacher through The Basic Goodness Collective. It’s live. It’s personal. It’s the training you’ve been looking for.

WHO THIS IS FOR

  • people who have been consistently practicing mindfulness meditation for at least one year

  • those who would like to offer this practice at yoga studios, corporate settings, meditation communities, in schools, on apps, at work, to friends and family, and in the number of venues calling for mindfulness in today’s world

  • anyone Buddhist-adjacent (you don’t have to be a card carrying Buddhist!) and wants to teach mindfulness meditation

This program is perfect for anyone who wants to work closely with a mentor in a small group setting to learn to speak from their own authentic teaching voice.

THE 411:

These days there are a lot of teacher trainings that are:

  • way too short to learn anything meaningful (they ask you to memorize a script instead of finding your own voice) and/or

  • way too hands-off where you don’t develop a relationship with the teacher leading it and/or

  • divorced itself from the traditions of Buddhism that birthed the modern mindfulness movement

This training is the solve.

It’s deep, personal, and will give you everything you need to speak from a breadth of your own meditation experience.

Having studied Buddhism for 36 years, taught it for 25 years, and trained meditation teachers for the last 10, Lodro Rinzler has designed an in-depth curriculum that brings the traditional meditation teachings of the Buddha to life and makes them particularly applicable to our modern world. In addition to working with Lodro you will receive guidance from Adreanna Limbach and over a dozen teachers who have trained with Lodro in the past.

In this yearlong immersion you receive a full Buddhist education through the Year to Wake Up program, alongside the once a month 90 minute teacher training sessions guided live by Lodro. Each class is a small mentor circle which includes:

  • Guided meditation

  • Personalized instruction on how to teach

  • Small group "teacher labs” of 4-5 people where you refine your own teaching voice

It's not you and 200 people learning how to recite what someone else wrote for you. It's you and a small number of people in a cohort working live with Lodro to uncover obstacles in your meditation path and find your unique voice as a teacher.

Bonus: you meet one-on-one with Lodro Rinzler or Adreanna Limbach to discuss your personal practice, study and path of integrating what you’re learning.

Please note that this course is offered alongside the Year to Wake Up - that level of Buddhist training is included in this teacher training.

“For the four years I've been studying with Lodro, he always pushes me towards more compassion and sensitivity for myself and others. In his teaching, Lodro consistently provides the perfect mix of traditional wisdom and contemporary experience, showing that what we think are our oh-so-modern problems are really pretty much the same as the ones humans have always been encountering.”
