A Six-Month Journey into Mindful Living

What if mindfulness wasn’t something you practiced on a cushion but wove into every part of your life—even in the middle of a busy workday or a night out with friends?

Join us for an exploration of The Buddha Walks into a Bar, a modern guide to applying Buddhist wisdom in the real world. This book came out a dozen years ago but feels more applicable than ever. This interactive course is designed to help you integrate mindfulness, compassion, and authentic presence into your daily routine—without renouncing your everyday joys.

In July we’ll also be doing a collective effort known as the Month of Meditation, where we accumulate a massive amount of time on the cushion all together.
