BUDDHISM IN EVERYDAY LIFE

A Yearlong Journey into Living a Meaningful Life

Guided by Lodro Rinzler and special guests from the Basic Goodness Collective

Below is the week over week experience / full curriculum for the year

Psst - if you’re this deep in the weeds I think you’d be a great participant for this program

This isn’t just another course. It’s a yearlong path for anyone who’s ready to stop running on autopilot and live with intention.

Over twelve months, you’ll cultivate the three principles of mindfulness, compassion, and wisdom—one step at a time. You’ll learn Buddhist teachings that translate directly to your real life, supported by a global community of practitioners who care as deeply as you do.

Whether you join for the full year or drop into individual courses that call to you, each month offers a step deeper into clarity, compassion, and embodied wisdom.
