Now more than ever, people are reporting feelings of overwhelm, heartbreak and anxiety. But meditation can help.

Join in a small and supportive community for five weeks to study teachings that help us with our own suffering, the pain that exists in our relationships with others, and societal suffering overall. In this course you also learn five meditation techniques to add to your tool-belt so we can cultivate mindfulness and compassion and live those principles as part of our daily life:

  • calm-abiding meditation

  • RAIN emotions practice

  • open awareness emotions meditation

  • loving-kindness for yourself

  • loving-kindness for all beings

This class takes place on Tuesdays, October 8th-November 5th, 7-8:30pm EST. All classes will be recorded for later viewing should you wish to not join live on Zoom.
